Eclair Bakery owner, Pastry Chef Jeremy Davenport, graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and apprenticed under the Executive Pastry Chef at Bacara Resort and Spa in Santa Barbara. Jeremy has also undergone special training in wedding cake artistry at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California, fine-tuning his trade with some of the industry’s top Pastry Chefs.
Through the establishment of Eclair Bakery, Jeremy is able to showcase his passion for culinary artistry and his love of old-fashion customer care.
